(hereinafter also referred to in this text as "Alma") collects, processes, and protects the personal data of users in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD)

Coffee Center S.L. will not communicate your personal data to third parties except to companies within the same business group and for the same purposes informed, or when necessary for the fulfillment of said purpose, such as the communication of your data to logistics and transport companies for the correct provision of the service (shipping of orders). In these cases, Coffee Center S.L. will adopt the relevant security measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data, and the corresponding data processor contract will be signed with these third parties.

 
6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

No international data transfers will be carried out, except in the case of activation of Google Analytics cookies, or the use of the Drive storage service, a service provided by Google INC., and the WhatsApp service, provider companies with servers in the USA, which therefore entails an international data transfer. Alma adopts the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the confidentiality and security of personal data, avoiding its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.

Alma reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to adapt it to new legislation or changes in activity. In case of modification, it will be duly reported on this same page.
