Mango Matcha Latte
A fresh and vibrant latte that blends the tropical sweetness of mango with the vegetal intensity of Te Matcha Alma. A layered drink, creamy and visually striking, perfect for a moment of smooth and refreshing energy.
A balance between sweet and bitter, where the mango brings freshness and texture, the milk softens the blend, and the matcha adds an aromatic, intense and characterful finish.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango
- 1–2 teaspoons of Te Matcha Alma
- 60 ml hot water (approx. 75–80 ºC)
- 150–200 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
- Ice
- Optional: 1–2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup
- Peel the mango and blend it until you get a smooth and creamy purée. If desired, add honey or syrup to enhance its natural sweetness.
- Sift the Te Matcha Alma into a bowl, add the hot water and whisk vigorously until fully dissolved and slightly frothy.
- In a tall glass, add the mango purée at the bottom. Add ice to taste and slowly pour in the milk to create a middle layer.
- Finally, carefully pour the matcha on top to keep the layers distinct. Stir before drinking or enjoy it layered.
